Depending on what network plan you are part of, XiMED Physicians provide all types of care for you by developing patient focused criteria relating to outcome indicators through the use of clinical pathways and evidence based practice protocols designed to improve the quality and efficiency of patient care. In addition, the organization will sponsor, support and maintain information systems designed to collect data on outcome indicators, utilization review, disease management initiatives and other efforts to assist its membership in their collective efforts to improve patient care.
