Dr. Date grew up in suburban Los Angeles.  He attended the University of California, Berkeley for undergrad and obtained a degree in Physics.  He then went on to the University of Illinois to join the Medical Scholars Program and receive his MD and MBA degrees concurrently.  Dr. Date completed a residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Southern Illinois University.

 

Dr. Date practices general ENT and excels in treating disorders of the sinuses, sleep and breathing issues, pediatric ENT, and head and neck cancers.

 

In his free time, he enjoys cooking, traveling, and painting.  He is very happy to be back in Southern California where he is close to friends and family.
