Dr. Claudia Sevilla grew up in San Diego, CA. She attended UCLA as an undergraduate where she received a degree in Biochemistry in 2007. She obtained her medical degree from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA in 2012. She went on to complete her residency in urology at USC in 2017 and completed an ACGME-accredited fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery at USC in 2019.

She specializes in general urology conditions, neurogenic bladder, urinary incontinence, as well as pelvic organ prolapse. She is trained in robotic-assisted laparoscopic surgery for repair of pelvic organ prolapse, as well as transvaginal prolapse repairs, urinary slings, Botox, sacral neuromodulation and more.

Dr. Sevilla joined Genesis Urology so that she could move back to San Diego and serve her local community. She thrives on providing high-quality and compassionate care for her patients in a diverse environment.

Dr. Sevilla dedicates much of her time to her family. She spends time with her husband and two kids, hiking, riding bikes and going to the zoo. She also enjoys spending time at home relaxing, grilling, and swimming in their pool.
