Deborah (Debbie) is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who is passionate about creating a safe holding space for open and genuine communication. She uses an integrative approach that draws from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and family systems theories. She enjoys collaborating with her clients to help them identify healthier coping skills and more flexible ways of thinking about themselves and their circumstances.

Deborah has had various experiences, including a traineeship at a non-profit organization serving adults, adolescents, and children who have endured sexual and physical trauma. She has also worked with a department of mental health (DMH)-contracted agency for almost 5 years where she provided counseling and case management services to individual adults experiencing a wide range of chronic mental health conditions.
