"Doctor, Friend, Advocate" Dr. Sanjana Chaturvedi, MD, is a double board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Integrative Medicine with over 25 years of experience in patient care. As a graduate of the Academy of Integrative Health & Medicine, she brings deep expertise in holistic, preventative approaches that treat both the body and the mind. Dr. Chaturvedi believes that true healing comes from understanding the whole person. She partners with her patients to help them lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. Dr. Chaturvedi has been named to the San Diego Top Doctors list multiple times. She is especially proud of the long-standing relationships she has built with her patients - many of whom span multiple generations of the same family. Her work is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and a commitment to uncovering the root causes of illness rather than just treating symptoms. Dr. Chaturvedi went to medical school in India, graduating at the top of her class and receiving a gold Medal for academic excellence from the President of India. She then completed her residency at Scripps Hospital and has since dedicated her career to building a wellness-centered community in San Diego. Outside the clinic, she enjoys cooking (and eating) spicy food, volunteering with local charities, and outperforming her two adult daughters at Pilates
