Prior to returning home to Southern California, she was an Assistant Professor of Radiology at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, where she also served as the program director of the Interventional Radiology training programs. She graduated from Brown University with honors and earned her medical degree at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, with induction into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She completed residency training in diagnostic radiology and served as chief resident at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, a teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School, where her commitment to compassionate patient care was recognized with induction into the Gold Humanism Honor Society.
She then completed advanced fellowship training in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville. Her clinical interests include women’s health and vascular disease. She is especially passionate about patient education, strong doctor-patient connection and communication, and creating the most comfortable peri-procedural experience possible.
