Dr. Chang received her medical degree at the University of California, Los Angeles School of Medicine.  She continued her medical training by completing her residency in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery at the University of California, San Diego.

Dr. Chang’s extensive knowledge and training in otolaryngology and head and neck surgery allows her to treat both pediatric and adult patients. She is currently welcoming new patients.

Dr. Chang believes in actively involving patient’s in their health through patient education and thoroughly discussing all of their questions and concerns.  She has been recognized in honors and awards for her commitment to advancing medicine and exceptional patient care.
