Dr. Schneider trained in Internal Medicine, Endocrinology and Metabolism at the University of Heidelberg, in Germany, the University of California San Diego, and the University of Washington, Seattle. He trained with with some of the world's best endocrinologists - Peter Nawroth and Christian Kasperk in Heidelberg, Irl Hirsch, Dace Trence, Alain Chait, Brad Anawalt, and Anthony DeSantis in Seattle, and Daniel Einhorn in La Jolla -   and gained extensive experience in managing all subtypes of diabetes, thyroid disease, parathyroid disease, Cushing's syndrome and disease, pituitary tumors, prolactinomas and fertility, pheochromocytoma and paragangliomas, endocrine tumor syndromes, hypertension, lipids, and bone.

In his practice, Dr. Schneider provides state-of-the-art clinical care for patients with diabetes and endocrine disorders including thyroid, adrenal, pituitary, gonadal disorders and bone. He brings broad clinical expertise along with technical skill in thyroid ultrasound / biopsies and the latest breakthroughs in diabetes technology.
