Dr. Grotting is an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in sports medicine. He received his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at University of Massachusetts where he served as chief resident.

Following his residency, he went on to train at the prestigious Kerlan-Jobe Orthopedic Clinic in Los Angeles. During his time there, he helped take care of several professional and collegiate teams, including the Rams, Dodgers, Kings, Ducks, and USC Trojans. He is currently a team physician for the San Diego Gulls hockey team.

He is dedicated to providing state-of-the-art orthopedic care for all ages and levels of activity. His focus is on arthroscopic surgery, fracture care, joint replacement, nerve decompressions as well as general orthopedics. Most importantly, he is committed to treating his patients like family.
