Samantha Breckon, RDN has been living in San Diego for the past 12 years. She graduated from San Diego State University’s Didactic Program in Dietetics with a Bachelor’s degree in Foods and Nutrition.

Samantha’s love for science and drive for nutrition has lead her path towards becoming a dietitian. It is her mission to share her inspiration for health and wellness with others by encouraging healthy eating habits and getting active. In her spare time, Samantha enjoys spending time with friends and family, and participating in outdoor activities. She loves going for hikes, playing tennis and riding her beach cruiser.
