Dr. Ryan Marr grew up in Sunnyvale, California and attended the University of California, Davis where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. His own struggles with his vision during his childhood combined with his passion for healthcare inspired him towards a career in Optometry. He obtained his doctorate in Optometry at the New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts. Throughout his optometric education, he trained in various optometric settings, such as community health, private practice, and veterans hospitals. Dr. Marr has encountered many demographics, from children to elderly, to extensively develop his skills in treating and managing ocular disease to give high-quality, personalized care.
